Advisory board
No more than thirty percent of Papireto’s advisory board is composed of tenured professors belonging to the Accademia di Belle Arti di Palermo’s Department of Communication and Art Education, some of whom hold additional positions as course and department coordinators, and the Accademia’s director. Making up the remaining seventy percent of the board are Italian and foreign professors, researchers, museum directors, administrators and professionals who have particularly distinguished themselves in one or more of the disciplinary subfields addressed by the journal. These board members belong to other academies, universities, research institutes, museums and other public or private cultural institutions both Italian and foreign. The editor-in-chief and deputy editor are excluded from membership in the advisory board.
Those board members belonging to the Accademia’s own faculty are subject to change, whether due to professors’ transfer to other institutions or the substitution of previous members.
